Recently promoted to
Senior Salesforce Developer, I have been
leading the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions
with a strong emphasis on architecture, automation, and
integration. My recent focus includes optimizing Lightning Web
Components (LWCs) for performance, implementing Apex frameworks
to improve system reusability, and managing end-to-end
integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via
MuleSoft Composer. I successfully launched enterprise-level
Marketing Cloud initiatives—establishing data models, inbound
endpoints, SQL automation, and tailored customer journeys—to
enhance campaign precision and efficiency across multiple client
ecosystems.
At Tikweb Bangladesh, I developed and maintained high-impact
Salesforce solutions integrated with Commerce Cloud and external
services. I engineered secure API bridges, optimized Apex jobs
for data synchronization, and crafted responsive Aura and LWC
components for Experience Cloud. I also executed Marketing Cloud
campaigns through custom journeys, data-driven automation, and
enhanced SQL workflows—improving customer engagement and
marketing ROI.
I led the development of a full-featured Insurance Management
System built on Laravel and Vue.js, integrating MS SQL Server
for high-volume data operations. My work encompassed designing
scalable architectures, managing Docker-based deployments, and
automating data backup pipelines. I also mentored junior
developers and introduced performance optimization practices
that reduced API latency and improved application resilience.
At Smart Software Ltd., I contributed to the development of
diverse client-facing web applications, including e-commerce and
ERP modules. I leveraged Laravel and Vue.js to create
responsive, high-performing platforms and collaborated closely
with design teams to enhance usability and accessibility across
digital products.
